Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegan: Our Menu Is Always Expanding
Here at Watery Mouth Café, we’re all about offering choice and a great cafe experience for every single customer. We’ve long been expanding our selection of mouth-watering goodness for those with special dietary requirements here in Marlborough, and with our fully fledged gluten free and diary free menu now in operation, we really do have something for everyone.
Our specialised menu…
Our extensive range of gluten free options (there are over 25!) – now featuring breakfast, lunch and a cabinet food menu – has been added to with a range of 12 dairy-free items and we offer a small selection of vegan meals too. So, whether it’s eggs Benedict, roast vegetable salad, kumara stack, lemon coconut tart or ‘slice of heaven’ that takes your fancy, it’s all here on our new menu. And as with all our fare, the emphasis is on fresh, local and delicious!
What we do…
With such an emphasis placed on tools and preparation, we’ve also moved our gluten free items in the cabinet to the top, so there is no risk of cross-contamination with other food. We have separate tongs for this cabinet, baking paper in the kitchen to use when cooking gluten free, and we have an allergy button on the till for those who are GF, DF, or Vegan.
