Fresh, local and seasonal – healthy or indulgent – our menu has something for everyone
We create everything from hot breakfasts (like our popular eggs benedict) to luscious lunches (like our mouthwatering steak sandwich). We also have a wide variety of cooked and pre-prepared lunches from our cabinet, for those who need something ready in a flash.
We try very hard to take into account all of our customer’s needs and wants – so amongst our offerings, you’ll find a wide selection of choices (both decadent and healthy) as well as an extensive and growing gluten-free, dairy-free and vegetarian menu. All meals are made from scratch in our kitchen (though we do buy our bread), and we use the best-quality ingredients each day.
Drinks-wise we like to think we have something for everyone too. From fine loose-leaf teas served in bone china, to indulgent hot chocolates, to Fair-Trade, organic coffee sure to please the most discerning drinker – we have it all. And if you’re after something a little cooler, we have local craft beers, some fabulous Marlborough wines, and great quality New Zealand fruit juices, to name a few…

Dinner Dilemma?
Do you find dinner time a nightmare? Too tired or busy to cook but wanting something healthy and delicious to eat at the end of the day?
Watery Mouth is here to help. You can ring up and order lasagne, quiche, a tortilla stack, baked potato or anything else from our cabinet and we’ll pack it ready for you to pick up and take home. And you can add one of our delicious salads too.

Cold Drip
Have you tried our cold drip coffee? Made by slowly dripping cold water through roasted ground coffee beans for 3-4 hours it produces a full-flavoured cold coffee with no acidic aftertaste. Keep an eye out for different flavours as we experiment with different delicious coffee bean blends.
Cold drip is the big new thing in coffee and it’s particularly popular for those wanting a post-work out pick me up or drivers with a long journey ahead.
Price: A 200ml take-home bottle is $7.00 and a single serve at the café is $4.00.
Gluten-Free & Vegan
We did a quick tally up and by today’s count we have over 25 gluten-free, vegan and special diet options on our menu… Have you tried them all? You can order any number of fantastic dishes to kick-start your day, from eggs benedict with salmon, vegan big brekkie, to our bacon and kumara stack. How about the Cajun chicken salad with gluten-free dressing for lunch, or perhaps a toasted sandwich from the counter followed by a ‘Slice of Heaven’?
