The café is open seven days a week from 7.00am until 4.00pm. We serve the bustling breakfast, lunch and coffee trade, and the café is a well-utilised space for meetings. We are fully licensed and also host private functions.

Starting from 7.00am (and running all day), you can enjoy a wide range of breakfast or brunch options including our homemade Watery Mouth muesli – also available to purchase in store – and other perennial favourites such as the bacon, kumara and avocado stack or eggs Benedict. Would you like smoked salmon or crispy bacon with that?

From 11.00am you can choose from warm Cajun chicken or Thai beef salad, a corn and feta fritter stack, NZ minted lamb burger and much more off the menu, as well as a cabinet packed with freshly made quiche, toasted sandwiches and other goodness. Our special diet menu is ever expanding and we’ve got something to keep the kids happy too.

Coffee

Coffee is very dear to our hearts and we only serve the best! Fairtrade, organic, and always brewed with love – our baristas are forever up-skilling. If you’re lucky you might have received a flat white with your name on it… And it’s hard to go past a piece of Watery Mouth carrot cake or our meltingly good Slice of Heaven (which is even gluten free).
